We are currently seeking a friendly, reliable, and professional Receptionist to join our team and work at a high-profile retail client headquarters located in Beaverton, OR. This part-time position calls for an individual who thrives in a customer-facing role and is passionate about delivering excellent service. The Receptionist will serve as the face of the facility, greeting members and guests warmly and professionally, ensuring a positive first impression is made at all times.
In this role, the Receptionist will be responsible for managing front desk operations including handling account inquiries and payments efficiently, responding to member feedback and concerns in a timely and professional manner, and escalating issues to management when necessary. Administrative duties such as maintaining facility cleanliness, managing inventories of supplies and retail products, and supporting event needs like promotional activities, setup, and takedown will also be part of the daily responsibilities.
The ideal candidate will have strong customer service and organizational skills, competence with basic computer applications including the Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and web applications, and the ability to network and engage with all clients, guests, and members. Certifications such as CPR/AED and First Aid may be required depending on the location, with reimbursement provided by the company as per policy.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role preferred
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and web applications
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Ability to multitask and handle administrative duties
- Ability to work part-time hours as required
- CPR/AED and First Aid certification if applicable
