The role of Manager, Wellfield Construction, is a vital position within Archaea Energy's Operations Group. This role involves managing landfill gas collection and control system (LFGCCS) construction projects from inception to completion. Responsibilities include design reviews, take-off development, material procurement, coordination with sub-contractors, client relations, and engineering liaison. The position demands strong project management skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to oversee multiple construction efforts simultaneously, ensuring delivery that meets both industry standards and company expectations.

Candidates for this role will be expected to undertake up to 50% travel, primarily supporting operations in Central to Midwest U.S. sites but potentially extending across other U.S. locations. The Manager, Wellfield Construction, plays a strategic role in overseeing wellfield design and construction issues, offering innovative, cost-effective solutions to maintain operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.

This position offers a competitive base salary range of $100,000 to $110,000, reflecting the role’s seniority and level of responsibility. Additionally, employees enjoy generous paid vacation ranging from 120 to 240 hours annually based on experience, nine paid holidays per year, and two personal choice holidays.
