We are currently looking for a skilled Welder to join our production team and contribute to our high standards of quality and precision craftsmanship. This hands-on production role involves performing both manual and robotic welding operations, requiring expertise in multiple welding processes such as MIG, TIG, and spot welding. The ideal candidate is passionate about metalworking, comfortable working with both standard and automated welding equipment, and committed to operational excellence. You will be responsible for independently setting up your workstation to weld components according to technical blueprints and specifications, frequently working with metric measurements. Key responsibilities also include grinding parts to specification, inspecting assemblies to maintain high quality standards, and participating in continuous improvement initiatives through reporting quality issues and adhering to lean manufacturing principles such as 5S and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).
