Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- relevant experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- basic arithmetic skills
- English fluency
- strong communication skills
- computer literacy including property management and point of sales systems
- ability to maintain confidentiality
- flexible availability to work various shifts
- ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions

- ability to input and access information in property management systems and point of sales systems

Job Duties
- Welcome guests upon arrival courteously and efficiently
- greet guests and determine the reason for visit
- assist with the check-in process if checking in
- provide information and assistance to all guests and visitors
- maintain inventory of vehicle dash cards for guest arrivals
- maintain a neat and orderly control desk
- present a polished and professional image to guests and coworkers
- communicate efficient and accurate information on arriving guests to responsible parties
- remain observant of all surroundings and control the entrance gate
- maintain complete knowledge of property and comply with departmental policies and standards
- anticipate guests' needs and respond promptly
- monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned work areas
- maintain knowledge of hotel features, services, and hours of operation
- promote positive guest relations
- verify dash card information upon guest returns
- direct deliveries to designated areas
- remain outdoors for the entire shift including during inclement weather
- communicate VIP arrivals to designated personnel
- document maintenance needs and submit work orders
