Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
minimum 2 years experience as concierge or greeter in a large public or hospital setting
proven leadership abilities
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
ability to work independently
capability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
physical ability to stand and walk up to 95 percent of the workday
ability to push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds
ability to tolerate weather exposure
capability to communicate effectively with a diverse customer population

Job Qualifications

High school graduate
minimum 2 years experience in service management or concierge role in a large public facility
proven leadership skills
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
strong customer service orientation
ability to problem solve independently
flexibility to work customer-oriented schedule
experience using Epic preferred
face-to-face customer service experience preferred
ability to push patients in a wheelchair preferred
