Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 to 2 years prior retail experience in apparel, service or specialty store environment
- effective communication skills
- ability to stand, walk and sit for extended periods
- ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
- willingness to work primarily weekend shifts
- adherence to dress code policies
- proficiency in using customer service and retail systems

- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to multitask and manage multiple customers simultaneously

Job Duties
- Welcome all customers with genuine and friendly enthusiasm over the phone, virtual chats and in person
- communicate clearly and concisely adapting style to suit customer needs
- use all systems to manage customer flow to deliver Five-Star Customer Service
- maintain all service vows including being prepared, welcoming, meeting customer needs and being present
- provide exceptional service experience to multiple customers simultaneously
- proactively address customer concerns and escalate to leadership when necessary
- promote alteration services and personalization options while maintaining store standards and dress code
- respond promptly to customer questions with product and service information
- build and maintain long-term customer relationships to exceed satisfaction and loyalty
- engage in inventory management by processing orders and receiving merchandise
- support cash wrap behaviors and accurately process transactions
- assist with sales promotions and visual updates
- perform other duties as assigned
