Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 to 2 years prior retail experience in apparel, service or specialty store environment
  • effective communication skills
  • ability to stand, walk and sit for extended periods
  • ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
  • willingness to work primarily weekend shifts
  • adherence to dress code policies
  • proficiency in using customer service and retail systems

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Welcome all customers with genuine and friendly enthusiasm over the phone, virtual chats and in person
  • communicate clearly and concisely adapting style to suit customer needs
  • use all systems to manage customer flow to deliver Five-Star Customer Service
  • maintain all service vows including being prepared, welcoming, meeting customer needs and being present
  • provide exceptional service experience to multiple customers simultaneously
  • proactively address customer concerns and escalate to leadership when necessary
  • promote alteration services and personalization options while maintaining store standards and dress code
  • respond promptly to customer questions with product and service information
  • build and maintain long-term customer relationships to exceed satisfaction and loyalty
  • engage in inventory management by processing orders and receiving merchandise
  • support cash wrap behaviors and accurately process transactions
  • assist with sales promotions and visual updates
  • perform other duties as assigned
