Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years prior retail experience in apparel service or specialty store environment
- Ability to stand walk and sit for extended periods
- Capable of lifting up to 25 pounds
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to adapt communication style to customer needs
- Strong phone etiquette and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to operate computer systems and point of sale terminals
- Willingness to follow dress code and store standards
- Must be able to multitask and handle multiple customers simultaneously
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Welcome all customers with genuine and friendly enthusiasm over the phone virtual chats and in person
- Communicate clearly and concisely adapting style to suit customers by problem solving excellent phone skills and resolving conflict
- Use all systems to manage customer flow to deliver Five-Star Customer Service experience
- Maintain all service vows including Being Prepared Welcoming ability to Meet the Needs and Be There for all customers including operational checklist tasks
- Provide exceptional service experience to multiple customers simultaneously contributing to store achievement of Five-Star Customer Service
- Proactively address customer concerns with confidence and escalate when necessary partnering with leadership
- Communicate how alterations improve dress perfection and promote alteration services and personalization options
- Maintain store standards for flawless shopping experience and dress code adherence
- Respond promptly to customer questions providing product and service information
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to exceed satisfaction and loyalty
- Engage in inventory management including processing orders receiving and ensuring quality standards
- Support all cash wrap behaviors and process transactions accurately
- Assist with sales promotions and visual updates
- Perform other duties as assigned
