The representative is responsible for booking, modifying, and servicing reservations for Mini-Vac clients while confirming and qualifying guests for their respective tours. They act as an important communication liaison between guests, hotel staff, and tour coordinators to ensure seamless operations. This position demands an ability to manage and report on tour reconciliations and track key guest activities such as arrivals, no-shows, and booking status. Additionally, the representative aids guests in understanding and fulfilling qualifications for tours, addresses special needs, and supplies helpful local information including maps and ticket sales for area attractions like Busch Gardens and Scuppers.
Working hours range throughout the day with a schedule that can vary from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., inclusive of holidays and weekends. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in hospitality or customer-facing roles preferred
- Ability to work a flexible schedule from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
- Availability to work weekends and holidays
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations
- Good problem-solving abilities

Job Duties
- Book, modify and service reservations for guests and communicate effectively
- Confirm and qualify each incoming guest for their presentation
- Report on tour reconciliations throughout the day to appropriate departments
- Reschedule any Mini-Vac tours that were missed or no showed
- Answer questions from owners or non-owners concerning their reservations
- Address any special needs that guests may have
- Greet non-owners and guests who arrive for their vacation
- Go over qualifications with guests at booking, confirmation, and check-in
- Supply guests with local information, maps to hotels and surrounding areas
- Sell Busch Gardens and Scuppers tickets and other tickets to enhance guest vacations
- Report on arrivals, no shows, tour invites, late arrivals, and daily room and in-house booking activity
