Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 months of related experience or customer-facing work
- strong communication skills and ability to handle large groups
- dependable, flexible, and able to adapt to changing schedules
- valid Indiana Driver's License preferred

Job Duties
- Greet guests, provide directions, and support rentals and programs
- serve as point of contact for clients, vendors, and event participants
- operate POS system and assist with administrative and clerical tasks
- monitor events, handle issues professionally, and ensure safety and compliance
- support event setup, cleanup, and facility readiness including restrooms and common areas
