Job Qualifications

- experience in emergency veterinary medicine or human healthcare

Job Duties
- Greet and triage incoming emergency patients
- identify STAT cases and immediately alert medical staff
- maintain calm, organized intake during high-pressure situations
- guide pet owners through urgent medical situations
- explain estimates, treatment plans, and hospital flow clearly
- support families during end-of-life care and difficult decisions with empathy and professionalism
- manage high-volume multi-line phone systems
- accurately document client and patient information
- process payments and maintain financial accuracy
- maintain a clean, professional, welcoming reception area
- partner closely with veterinarians and veterinary technicians
- support efficient patient flow and communication
- contribute to a respectful, accountable, high-performance team culture
