The Pet Care & Client Concierge role involves a unique blend of hands-on animal care and front-desk administrative responsibilities. Team members in this position are responsible for monitoring pet playgroups, maintaining cleanliness of pet suites, interacting with clients by greeting them, managing pet check-ins and check-outs, and responding to inquiries efficiently. This role not only requires an affinity for animals but also demands excellent organizational and communication skills.

In this role, you will engage directly with pets by providing feeding, watering, playtime, and administering medications when necessary. Additionally, you will keep a close eye on the health, behavior, and comfort of all the animals in care while ensuring the environment remains tidy and inviting. Beyond the physical care of pets, you will assist with enrichment activities that stimulate their minds and bodies, take photos for daily client report cards to keep owners informed, and help prepare pets for grooming or baths as needed.

This position includes handling administrative and client service tasks such as managing appointments, creating estimates, collecting completed forms, handling a computerized client database, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the front lobby and play areas. The role is designed to be engaging and varied, offering a rich combination of animal care and front-office duties, ideal for someone who enjoys multitasking and providing excellent customer service.

Working hours typically range from 35 to 45 hours per week, with shifts rotating through weekends and holidays to accommodate client needs. Shift options include early mornings through evening hours, fostering flexibility. The pay range for this role is between $10 and $14 per hour, dependent on experience and availability. Job Duties

  • Provide care and enrichment for dogs and cats including feeding, watering, cleaning, playtime, administering medication
