Job Duties
- Greet residents warmly and provide attentive meal service in the dining room
- take meal orders accurately noting special requests and dietary restrictions
- deliver meals promptly maintaining a courteous and respectful attitude
- set up and maintain a clean organized dining area before during and after service
- respond to resident requests and address concerns in a timely and professional manner
- work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service
- operate dishwashing equipment to clean dishes utensils and kitchen tools
- ensure all items are properly sanitized stored and ready for use
- maintain cleanliness of kitchen surfaces including counters sinks and floors
- dispose of trash and recyclables according to established procedures
- assist with receiving and stocking kitchen supplies as needed
