As a Weekend Warrior Server at The Boulevard Senior Living in St. Charles, Missouri, you will be an integral part of this vibrant community. This full-time role offers a competitive starting wage ranging from $18.00 to $21.50 per hour, with a shift schedule that includes Sunday and Monday from 6:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., and Friday and Saturday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Your responsibilities in this role will be varied and engaging, from warmly greeting residents to creating a welcoming dining atmosphere where socialization and enjoyable experiences flourish. The position is designed for individuals who take pride in being proactive, reliable, and personable team members who contribute positively to a supportive and respectful environment.

You will assume the role of "Host with the Most," ensuring every resident feels welcomed and appreciated, and the "Peppy Prepper," preparing dining areas and meal accompaniments meticulously to facilitate smooth food service operations. As a "Titan of Tidiness," you will maintain cleanliness and order in dining spaces, contributing to the overall quality of the living environment. Additionally, you will act as an "Appetite Anthropologist," attentively monitoring resident eating habits and communicating any changes or concerns to supervisors and wellness staff to help maintain optimal health and well-being for all residents. This role requires physical stamina since it involves standing, walking, bending, and assisting residents with mobility tasks.
