The available position is for a Weekend Warrior Server at Ridgemere Senior Living located in Conway, AR. This part-time role offers an hourly wage between $18.00 and $19.00, working primarily Friday through Monday evenings from 4:30 pm to 7:30 pm. The Weekend Warrior Server position is crafted for a motivated, energetic individual who thrives on making meaningful connections with senior residents. This role is vital in building a welcoming and engaging dining experience, acting as a host and companion during meal times.   • ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at an eighth grade level
  • positive and energetic attitude
  • physical ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day
  • ability to frequently lift and move 50 pounds
  • ability to assist residents with mobility
  • criminal background clearance

Job Qualifications

  • at least sixteen years of age
  • able to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at an eighth grade proficiency level
  • positive and energetic attitude towards residents
  • physically able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop throughout the shift
  • able to frequently lift and move items up to 50 pounds
  • able to assist residents physically when necessary
  • criminal background clearance

Job Duties

  • greet residents and make them feel welcome
  • be present in the dining room to mingle and entertain
