Key responsibilities include handling all incoming calls with proper telephone etiquette, accurately taking and relaying messages, and making visitors feel comfortable and welcomed by offering refreshments and assistance. This role also supports Life Enrichment activities for residents by providing necessary help during events. In addition, the position requires managing the receipt and distribution of packages while ensuring that the lobby and entrance areas are clean, tidy, and inviting. The individual must be prepared to respond appropriately to emergency situations and safety hazards, reinforcing the community’s commitment to resident safety.
The candidate should possess excellent customer service skills, a mature and cheerful personality, and a genuine desire to work with senior adults. The ability to solve problems, manage time effectively, and stay organized is critical to success in this role. This position also requires flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays as necessary to fulfill duties.
