The role of the Receptionist at The Heritage at Brentwood is critical in maintaining the positive first impressions that the community is known for. As a hospitality-focused Receptionist, the individual will serve as the friendly face and voice of the community, greeting residents, guests, staff, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner. This position requires an individual who is not only organized and efficient but also empathetic and customer-service oriented. The Receptionist will handle various reception duties including answering multiple phone lines, transferring calls, and providing information and assistance to ensure that all interactions contribute to a seamless and pleasant experience for everyone involved.
This is a part-time position with an hourly wage of $14. The role also includes occasional coverage for evening shifts from 3pm to 8pm and weekend shifts from 9am to 5:30pm as scheduled, offering flexibility for candidates seeking varied work hours. Ideal candidates should have at least one year of receptionist experience, preferably with multi-line phone systems, and be proficient in using Microsoft Office applications. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of receptionist experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Strong customer service orientation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to pass pre-employment criminal background check and drug screening

Job Duties
