Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- at least one years' experience as a receptionist handling multiple phone lines
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
- professional and courteous attitude
- availability to work evenings and weekends as scheduled
- pre-employment criminal background check and drug screening required
Job Qualifications
- At least one years' experience as a receptionist handling multiple phone lines preferred
- outstanding customer service and organizational skills required to handle a variety of tasks as one time
- experience with Microsoft Office applications and other office equipment preferred
Job Duties
- Answers phones and transfers all incoming calls as directed
