The company is currently seeking part-time Receptionists to join their team, offering an hourly wage of $14. The role involves providing exceptional first impressions for the community by welcoming residents, guests, and staff with professionalism and courtesy. Receptionists will occasionally cover evening shifts from 3 to 8 pm and weekend shifts from 9 am to 5:30 pm as scheduled, offering critical support during these key times. This position focuses on facilitating smooth communication by handling multiple incoming phone lines, directing calls effectively, and providing accurate information and guidance to residents and visitors.

As the frontline of the community, the receptionist will perform clerical tasks such as answering phones, transferring calls, offering directions, and assisting various stakeholders including residents, staff, guests, and vendors. Strong organizational skills and a customer service mindset are essential to manage the variety of responsibilities seamlessly. Experience with Microsoft Office and common office equipment is preferred to ensure efficient handling of administrative duties.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least one year of receptionist experience preferred
  • Ability to handle multiple phone lines
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to perform clerical tasks
  • Availability for evening and weekend shifts
  • Must pass pre-employment criminal background check and drug screening

Job Qualifications

  • At least one years' experience as a receptionist handling multiple phone lines preferred
  • Outstanding customer service and organizational skills required to handle a variety of tasks at one time
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications and other office equipment preferred

Job Duties
