Our community is a welcoming manufactured home community specifically designed for individuals aged 55 and older. We take pride in providing a friendly, comfortable, and supportive living environment where our residents can enjoy social activities, camaraderie, and a sense of belonging. Our focus is on maintaining a vibrant and engaging clubhouse that serves as the heart of the community, offering a place where residents and visitors can come together in a positive and safe atmosphere.

We are currently seeking a friendly and professional front desk receptionist to join our team at the clubhouse. This role is essential as the first point of contact for residents, guests, and visitors, making it a vital position in maintaining the welcoming environment we cherish. The ideal candidate will embody a positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills while managing multiple clerical tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our clubhouse. The employment is part-time, primarily covering Fridays and Saturdays from 9 am to 5 pm, suitable for those who are punctual and reliable.

As the front desk receptionist, you will be responsible for greeting guests warmly and creating an inviting atmosphere that reflects our community's spirit. You will answer phone calls promptly, providing accurate information and relaying messages professionally. Your clerical duties will include filing, managing mail, photocopying, maintaining records, handling banking and bookkeeping tasks with attention to detail and discretion.

Maintaining the reception area in a clean and organized manner is crucial, as it sets the tone for visitors' experience. This role requires proficiency in balancing various tasks while being approachable and attentive to the needs of in-person guests. Strong communication skills are necessary to interact effectively with residents and visitors alike, ensuring their questions and concerns are addressed promptly and with warmth.

Job Requirements
