The Receptionist will be responsible for greeting all individuals entering the facility in a courteous and professional manner, assisting with their inquiries, and ensuring a safe environment by monitoring visitor access for security purposes. Additional duties include managing incoming telephone calls, responding to questions or directing them appropriately, and taking messages when necessary. The position requires handling all outgoing mail and maintaining the overall tidiness and functionality of the front office, including the care and operation of business equipment used daily. Ideal candidates for this role possess excellent interpersonal skills, strong communication capabilities, attention to detail, and effective time management.
