Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- ability to stand for extended periods
- capable of lifting and moving bakery products as needed
- willingness to complete all required job trainings and assessments within prescribed time periods
- availability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- legal authorization to work in the United States
- adherence to company policies including drug-free workplace regulations
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in food preparation or retail environment advantageous
- good interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to work in fast-paced and physically demanding environments
- basic technology proficiency or willingness to learn handheld digital tools

- ability to follow recipes and operational procedures accurately

Job Duties
- Collaborates with other associates to build a strong bakery team
- communicates with team members and adapts to business needs by assisting in other areas
- prepares bakery products by operating baking equipment following recipes and make-up instructions
- wraps, labels, and stores merchandise according to company policies
- ensures compliance with food safety, sanitation, and inventory management standards
- operates and sanitizes baking equipment
- uses handheld technology for production decisions, merchandise ordering, and training
- maintains a positive attitude towards members by greeting and assisting them
- maintains a clean, neat, and member-ready bakery area
- ensures quality and date control standards for bakery items
- helps secure fragile and high-shrink merchandise
- eliminates waste and assists members with purchasing decisions
- complies with company policies, ethical standards, and operational procedures
- completes tasks by collaborating with managers, coworkers, and customers, communicating progress, and adapting to change and feedback
