The company prides itself on not only providing parking solutions but also ensuring guests feel welcomed, comfortable, and valued from the moment they arrive to when they leave. Towne Park's team members are encouraged to make a meaningful impact by brightening someone else's day through friendly interactions, attentive service, and professionalism.

The Guest Service Associate position is a vital role within Towne Park, offering a unique opportunity to serve guests in a friendly and efficient manner. This role involves parking and retrieving vehicles safely and promptly while also assisting guests with their luggage and any additional needs they might have. The position requires strong interpersonal skills to connect with guests, provide helpful information about the location and its amenities, and ensure each guest’s experience is welcoming and memorable. Typically working overnight shifts from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am, the role is well-suited for individuals looking for weekend availability and an active, customer-facing position.

With a competitive base pay starting at $15 per hour plus tipping opportunities ranging from $17 to $20 per hour, Towne Park offers compensation that values both the skill and dedication of its employees. The company supports its team by providing several benefits, including access to accident insurance, critical illness coverage, hospital indemnity insurance, telemedicine options, and a 401k retirement savings plan, subject to eligibility requirements. These benefits reflect Towne Park's commitment to the health and well-being of its associates.

This role demands not only the ability to perform physical tasks such as maneuvering vehicles and handling luggage but also requires excellent communication skills and the aptitude to manage administrative tasks like processing claim checks and calculating parking fees accurately. Towne Park values individuals who take pride in their work, maintain a professional appearance, and embrace the company’s mission to create smiles every day. Whether helping a guest find their way, ensuring their vehicle is handled with care, or providing a reassuring presence during potentially stressful moments, a Guest Service Associate’s contributions are crucial in achieving Towne Park’s outstanding reputation in the hospitality industry.
