This role focuses on welcoming visitors to beautifully furnished model homes and providing insightful tours and community information. Working with Open House Network offers a unique opportunity to be part of the vibrant new home sales market in Dallas-Fort Worth without the typical pressures of real estate licensing. Employees use their own smartphones to communicate through a company-provided app and must be comfortable standing, walking, and occasionally climbing stairs during shifts that range from mid-morning to early evening. The position requires professionalism, excellent communication skills, and a genuine enthusiasm for helping potential buyers learn about new homes and communities. With pay ranging from $12 to $13 per hour depending on assignment urgency, employees benefit from a rewarding work environment that values flexibility, interpersonal skills, and reliability.
