Job Description

Open House Network is a specialized staffing agency dedicated to supporting new home sales for over 50 prominent New Home Builders throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex and surrounding areas. This company excels in providing superior staffing solutions by connecting motivated individuals with exciting opportunities in the new home sales industry. They handle a wide range of staffing needs, particularly catering to Sales Associates who work within model homes, offering an excellent way for those interested in real estate to gain hands-on experience without the pressure and stress of a traditional sales environment.

The business is well-known for offering flexible positions including full-time, part-time, or weekend-only opportunities, making it ideal for retirees, real estate students, or anyone eager to work in a dynamic, positive environment. Employees get to enjoy the unique experience of working in beautifully furnished model homes and interacting with diverse clients interested in new housing options. This role is not just a job, but an opportunity to build meaningful interpersonal skills, deepen knowledge of the real estate market, and establish a network in the Dallas-Fort Worth real estate community.

This position is designed for individuals who are personable, professional, and enthusiastic about meeting new people. No prior real estate experience is necessary as comprehensive in-person training is provided by Open House Network, making this an accessible opportunity for many. Employees are expected to be self-starters with excellent verbal and written communication skills, and comfortable using technology as they will be required to use their personal smartphones to access company apps integral to daily operations.

The work requires a flexible schedule with shifts beginning as early as 9:45 a.m. and potentially ending as late as 7:00 p.m., varying with the season and client requirements. Employees can expect to be standing or walking for 20 or more minutes at a time, and climbing stairs unassisted, reflecting the physical aspects involved in touring and showing model homes.

Importantly, active Texas licensed real estate professionals are not eligible for this role, emphasizing its focus on individuals new to the field or looking for an entry-level engagement in New Home Sales. Applicants must be at least 18 years old, possess a valid driver’s license, and have reliable transportation at all times during shifts to remain on-site.

Compensation is competitive within the industry for part-time staffing roles, offering $12 per hour with same-day assignments paid at $13 per hour, provided on a bi-weekly pay schedule. Employees enjoy working in a stress-free environment that values customer service and professionalism, with a supportive team dedicated to their success. This role also encourages a neat and professional appearance, with a specified dress code and restrictions on visible tattoos, facial piercings, and the use of tobacco or fragrances during shifts.

Open House Network is currently hiring in various locations across the Dallas-Fort Worth area including Aledo, Azle, Bridgeport, Crandall, Crowley, Joshua, Justin, New Fairview, Paradise, Poolville, Runaway Bay, and Springtown. This is an outstanding chance for individuals seeking meaningful, flexible work in the real estate sales support industry, with a company that truly values its workforce and community.
