Job Requirements

previous line cook experience
availability to work weekend shifts (saturday and sunday)
ability to start either morning shift at 7:00 am or afternoon shift at 3:00 pm
strong work ethic and reliability
physical stamina to stand for extended periods during shifts
basic knowledge of kitchen equipment and procedures

Job Qualifications

previous line cook experience
knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
strong teamwork and communication skills
flexibility to work weekend shifts
culinary training or certification is a plus

Job Duties

prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
