Job Requirements

  • Ability to work 4-hour to 12-hour shifts in the Phoenix area
  • Pass a criminal background check
  • Pass drug screening test
  • Negative tuberculosis test
  • Reliable car
  • Proof of auto insurance
  • Valid driver’s license

Job Qualifications

  • Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
  • Ability to pass criminal background check and drug screening test
  • Negative tuberculosis test
  • Basic caregiving skills and knowledge of senior care
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Drive seniors to appointments meetings and church services
  • Help seniors go shopping at their local Phoenix market
  • Go to lunch or grab an ice cream with your client
  • Assist with bathing and grooming to maintain dignity
  • Manage incontinence care to avoid embarrassment
  • Perform light housekeeping to reduce stress at home
  • Prepare meals and provide medication reminders to maintain health
  • Assist with physical therapy exercises
  • Act as eyes and ears for hospice care and report changes in condition
