Providing comprehensive nursing and rehabilitation services, Lord Chamberlain exemplifies the company’s dedication to quality and resident satisfaction. As a part-time Housekeeper working weekends from 7 AM to 3 PM, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness, cleanliness standards, sanitation, and overall safe environment within this facility. The position offers a competitive pay rate between $16.94 and $17.25 per hour, alongside a range of benefits suitable for part-time employees.

The Housekeeper’s responsibilities encompass regular cleaning and sanitation of resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, hallways, dining and lounge areas, as well as offices and other facility spaces. You will be expected to perform duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, surface polishing, window cleaning, trash removal, and wastebasket emptying. Additionally, you will undertake scheduled deep-cleaning tasks including carpet shampooing, floor stripping and buffing, and disinfecting high-touch surfaces in line with safety protocols. The role also involves maintaining cleaning supplies and equipment, reporting any needed repairs or supply shortages, and adhering to safety regulations such as MSDS, OSHA, and infection control guidelines.

Interaction with residents is central to the role, requiring you to respond promptly and respectfully to housekeeping requests while ensuring a dignified and comfortable living environment. Collaboration with nursing and support staff is essential to coordinate cleaning activities without disrupting resident care. The Housekeeper position demands physical stamina and reliability, along with a detail-oriented and independent work approach, always respectful of resident privacy and comfort.
