Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Availability to work Saturday and Sunday mornings only
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Strong customer service experience preferred
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Flexibility to work weekend shifts
Job Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to recognize and remember guests
- Basic computer skills for using Wisely system
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Job Duties
- Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- Manage the efficient and timely seating of guests to a table that best serves their wishes
- Recognize regular customers by name
- Record guests name and number of people in the party when immediate seating is limited
- Page guests via Wisely and call out the name and number of party when tables become available
- Assist in clearing, cleaning, and sanitizing tables when necessary
- Ensure clean, organized, and adequate supply of menus for guests
- Offer entertainment and attraction suggestions for the trade area
