As a Ruby Slipper or Ruby Sunshine host, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment by recognizing returning guests, seating them thoughtfully to best serve their party's needs, and managing the waitlist when immediate seating is unavailable. Utilization of the Wisely system for paging guests and coordinating their tables is essential in this role to maintain smooth operations during busy service periods. Additionally, you will assist with side duties such as clearing and sanitizing tables and ensuring the readiness of menus and other materials. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Availability to work Saturday and Sunday mornings only
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Strong customer service experience preferred
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Flexibility to work weekend shifts

Job Duties
- Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- Manage the efficient and timely seating of guests to a table that best serves their wishes
- Recognize regular customers by name
- Record guests name and number of people in the party when immediate seating is limited
- Page guests via Wisely and call out the name and number of party when tables become available
- Assist in clearing, cleaning, and sanitizing tables when necessary
- Ensure clean, organized, and adequate supply of menus for guests
- Offer entertainment and attraction suggestions for the trade area
