Job Duties
- Solving problems and providing timely assistance to residents and prospects with care
- Event planning and executing meaningful activities that engage residents and foster community
- Building brand loyalty by ensuring consistently positive resident experiences and a well-maintained community
- Generating awareness and excitement through social media engagement
- Encouraging residents to write positive reviews on social networking sites
- Organizing front desk logs, managing package rooms, coordinating club room reservations and freight elevator usage
- Working weekend and evening shifts as scheduled
