The Weekend Evening Concierge position at Bozzuto plays a vital role in shaping the resident experience during weekend hours. Working from 12 PM to 9 PM on Saturdays and Sundays, the Concierge is the welcoming face that residents and prospects encounter when they arrive home. This role is not just about reception duties but about creating memorable first impressions and nurturing ongoing positive relationships. The Concierge is expected to personalize interactions by remembering the preferences and names of residents, including pets, which fosters a strong sense of belonging and engagement within the community.

The Weekend Evening Concierge is responsible for efficiently solving resident and prospect inquiries with care and professionalism, managing front desk operations, and supporting the execution of community events that bring residents together. This role also involves promoting the community through social media to generate excitement and awareness, encouraging residents to share positive experiences online, and maintaining organized records such as package logs and room reservations.

This position is well-suited for individuals with at least two years of experience in hospitality, retail, travel, or hotel environments who possess excellent communication skills, a professional appearance, and a detail-oriented mindset. The candidate must be comfortable using various software and technology and demonstrate responsiveness to resident needs. Physical tasks like lifting packages up to 25 pounds, especially during busy holiday seasons, are part of the job. The position also offers additional bonus opportunities and competitive pay ranging between $22 and $25 USD per hour.
