Job Requirements
- Two plus years of experience in hospitality, retail, travel or hotel environment
- excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- sharp professional appearance
- proficiency with various software, apps and computer programs
- keen attention to detail
- strong customer focus
- ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- availability to work weekends and evenings

Job Duties
- Working weekends from 12 PM to 9 PM on Saturday and Sunday
- solving problems and providing timely assistance to residents and prospects with care
- planning and executing community events and activities that engage residents
- building brand loyalty through a consistently positive experience and well-maintained community
- generating awareness and excitement via social media
- encouraging residents to leave positive reviews on social networking sites
- organizing front desk logs, package rooms, club room reservations, and freight elevators
