Job Requirements
- meet minimum age to drive in Katy
- use an eligible 4-door vehicle for drivers
- be at least 19 years old to deliver by car or scooter
- be at least 18 years old to deliver by bike or on foot
- have a valid US driver's license for driving or scooter delivery
- have at least one year of licensed driving experience (3 years if under 25) for drivers
- have a motorized scooter under 50cc for scooter delivery
- submit Social Security number for background screening
- possess a government-issued ID for bike or foot delivery
- capable of passing online screening
Job Qualifications
- valid US driver's license for drivers and delivery persons by car
- at least one year of licensed driving experience for drivers (three years if under 25)
- motorized scooter under 50cc for scooter delivery
- government-issued ID for bike or foot delivery personnel
- ability to pass a background check including Social Security number screening
- basic smartphone proficiency to use Uber app
- good communication skills
Job Duties
- drive riders to various destinations in Katy
- deliver food and packages from local restaurants and stores
- maintain a clean and safe vehicle or delivery mode
- communicate courteously and professionally with customers
- navigate efficiently to optimize routes
- comply with local traffic laws and Uber policies
- manage and schedule work hours independently
