Job Requirements
- meet minimum driving age in Fort Wayne
- have valid US driver’s license
- have at least one year driving experience (three years if under 25)
- use an eligible 4-door vehicle for drivers
- be at least 19 years old for car or scooter delivery
- deliverors by scooter must have a motorized scooter under 50cc
- deliverors by bike or foot must be at least 18 with a government-issued ID
- submit social security number for background screening
Job Qualifications
- valid US driver’s license
- at least one year of licensed driving experience (three years if under 25)
- use an eligible 4-door vehicle for driving
- ability to pass an online background screening including social security number submission
- good customer service skills
- for delivery by scooter — motorized scooter under 50cc
- for delivery by bike or foot — government-issued ID
Job Duties
- transport riders to their destinations safely and efficiently
- pick up and deliver food orders from partner restaurants
- navigate Fort Wayne and surrounding areas, including Fort Wayne International Airport
- maintain a clean and well-functioning vehicle or delivery equipment
- provide excellent customer service to riders and customers
- manage your schedule to maximize earning potential
- comply with all local traffic laws and Uber policies
