Job Requirements
- meet minimum age requirements for driving or delivery
- have a valid US driver’s license if driving or delivering by vehicle
- use an eligible vehicle depending on delivery mode
- have at least one year of licensed driving experience (three years if under 25)
- submit Social Security number for screening
- own motorized scooter under 50cc if delivering via scooter
- possess government-issued ID if delivering by bike or foot
Job Qualifications
- minimum age to drive or deliver as specified (18 or 19 years old)
- valid US driver’s license for drivers and delivery by vehicle
- eligible vehicle (2-door or 4-door car or motorized scooter under 50cc for delivery)
- government-issued ID for bike or foot delivery
- at least one year of licensed driving experience (three years if under 25 years old)
- ability to pass background and online screenings
- familiarity with the Boise area is advantageous
Job Duties
- accept ride and delivery requests through the Uber app
- transport riders safely to their destinations
- pick up and deliver food orders from restaurants
- navigate efficiently to maximize earnings
- maintain a clean and safe vehicle or delivery equipment
- communicate effectively with riders and customers
- adhere to all local traffic and safety laws
