Providence Hospitality is currently looking to fill the position of Dishwasher, an integral team member who ensures the seamless operation of the kitchen by maintaining the cleanliness and availability of dishes throughout the service. This role is essential in supporting the culinary team and maintaining high standards of sanitation and hygiene within a fast-paced and demanding kitchen environment. The Dishwasher will primarily be responsible for washing flatware, dishes, pots, and pans, along with cleaning kitchen appliances and machines. This position requires excellent organization, strong time management, and effective communication as the Dishwasher works closely with other kitchen and restaurant staff to prioritize tasks, assist with deliveries, and contribute to overall cleanliness and food safety compliance. The role demands adherence to all food safety procedures and regulations, reflecting the company’s commitment to quality and guest satisfaction.

Job Duties

  • Consistently ensure the availability of clean dishes by washing flatware, dishes, pans, and pots
  • Maintain a clean work environment by cleaning kitchen machines and appliances such as coffee makers, pans, pots, mixers, stoves
  • Bussing tables to collect soiled plates and flatware
  • Helping other team members to unload and store deliveries
  • Assist other staff members with tasks when the need arises
  • Adhere to food safety procedures and regulations
  • Taking out the trash
  • Rinsing garbage cans
