This job opportunity is with a McDonald’s restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee, separate from McDonald’s USA. The franchisee has a license to use McDonald’s logos and serve McDonald’s food products but operates as a distinct entity when it comes to employment policies and decisions. - must be at least fourteen years old
- ability to work flexible hours including mornings, nights, and weekends
- availability to work part-time or full-time
- willing to comply with franchisee policies and standards
- good physical stamina to stand and move during the shift

- ability to excel in a fast-paced team environment
- good communication skills
- ability to follow instructions
- previous experience in customer service is a plus but not required
Job Duties
