- ability to work weekend shifts and flexible hours
- ability to follow instructions and work well in a team

- physical ability to handle kitchen tasks and stand for extended periods

Job Duties
- Demonstrate a complete understanding of menu items and recipes
- understand and adhere to proper food handling, safety and sanitation guidelines
- prepare food neatly, according to recipe, and in a timely manner
- present quality products at all times and maintain a neat and clean work area
- maintain adequately stocked workstations, restocking as needed
- attend special meetings as scheduled by the Restaurant Manager
