Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior cooking experience or related culinary job participation
- knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques
- understanding and adherence to sanitation and food safety standards
- ability to obtain food safety certification
- basic math and measuring skills
- strong communication and teamwork abilities

Job Duties
- Create meals according to standardized recipes and guidelines for production
- equip workstations with required ingredients and tools
- work on ingredients through chopping, trimming, measuring, mixing, and other methods
- ensure safety when utilizing kitchen utensils and equipment like knives, ovens, stoves, and mixers
- employ various cooking methods including baking, broiling, roasting, and steaming
- prepare and distribute meals adhering to presentation standards
- follow food safety measures and store food correctly
- clean and sanitize kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils
- provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive attitude
- adhere strictly to safety and sanitation rules
- maintain confidentiality of organizational assets
