The role of a part-time Receptionist at Holden Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Center is vital in setting the tone for all interactions within the facility. The part-time Receptionist works an 8-hour shift every other Saturday and Sunday, from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM, providing key front-desk support on weekends. Compensation ranges from $16.00 to $19.12 per hour, depending on experience, offering competitive pay within the healthcare administration sector.

As the first point of contact, the Receptionist is responsible for greeting visitors, answering incoming calls, and managing various administrative tasks that ensure the smooth operation of the facility. This role requires excellent communication skills, a professional appearance, and proficiency with computer applications such as the Microsoft Office Suite. Duties also include organizing and filing medical records, managing mail, assisting with scheduling appointments and meetings, and maintaining an orderly reception area. Job Requirements
