We are currently seeking a part-time weekend Concierge to join our dynamic team at the Twinbrook Assisted Living Community. This role serves as the vital first point of contact for visitors, residents, families, and staff both over the phone and in person. The Concierge is responsible for delivering exemplary customer service with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring that every interaction creates a positive impression of the community. The position requires attentiveness to detail and creativity in managing the lobby experience, serving as the welcoming presence who guides and supports all who come through our doors.
As the face of the community, the Concierge will greet visitors warmly, address inquiries or concerns, and facilitate seamless communication between prospective residents and our sales, marketing, and business office teams. In addition to customer service, the role includes monitoring the entry area and lobby to maintain a clean, inviting environment and supporting various community activities. The Concierge will also assist with the sales and marketing efforts by managing inquiries, connecting prospective residents with appropriate team members, and assisting with tour facilitation. Administrative duties such as handling resident documentation and file maintenance require a conscientious approach to confidentiality and compliance with company policies.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- six months of experience in a receptionist role or similar function
- experience with Microsoft Word and Excel preferred
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- able to communicate verbally in person and over the phone

Job Duties
- Proactively assist residents, families, visitors, and employees with questions or problems resulting in a positive experience
- greet all visitors and answer incoming calls in a professional and respectful manner
- monitor entry area for visitors and guests, greet and direct as necessary, answer incoming telephone calls and resident calls, forward and take messages, receive and send packages for residents, assist with residents who request assistance with mailing letters and packages
- manage the lobby, monitor and ensure desk and lobby are clean and neat, create a comfortable, inviting area, assist the activity director and/or others as necessary in promoting activities with residents in the lobby
- manage the inquiry process, connecting the caller or visiting customer to the appropriate inquiry team member, respond to inquiries and/or tours when community relations director, executive director and resident care directors are not available, facilitate experiences/tours of community as needed, knowledgeable and assist in supporting the marketing standards of the community, assist with duties related to the Lead Management Program, assist with assembling marketing packets as needed
- assist in processing new resident documentation, assist in maintenance of resident files and documentation while maintaining confidentiality
- promote and encourage residents to participate in activities
- follow and communicate company policies and procedures
- other duties may be assigned as necessary
