This community is committed to enhancing the lives of seniors by promoting independence, dignity, and well-being through compassionate and personalized services. With a strong focus on creating a supportive workplace culture, Bridge Senior Living offers opportunities for professional growth and personal enrichment for all team members.

The position of Concierge at Bridge Senior Living plays a crucial role in shaping the first impression visitors and residents receive. As a Concierge working Saturdays and Sundays from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m., you will be the friendly and professional face of the community. This role involves greeting and assisting residents and visitors with warmth and courtesy, managing front desk operations, and coordinating communication efforts effectively. The Concierge ensures a smooth and welcoming environment by maintaining sign-in and sign-out processes, handling incoming phone calls, and responding to residents' requests or directing them to the appropriate staff members.

This employment opportunity offers competitive pay and attractive financial incentives, including a $1,000 employee referral bonus. Employees are eligible for tuition reimbursement after three months of full-time employment, supporting continued education and career advancement. The company provides a comprehensive benefits package featuring health insurance plans starting at just $75 per month for full-time associates, along with a 401(k) plan with company match to help employees plan for their future. Additional benefits include next day pay with PayActiv, reflecting the company’s dedication to supporting its workforce’s financial wellbeing.

The ideal candidate for the Concierge role will have a high school diploma or equivalent, CPR certification, and at least one year of relevant work experience in a similar front desk, customer service, or hospitality position. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to remain professional under pressure, and strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Working as a Concierge at Bridge Senior Living provides not only the chance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others but also offers a fulfilling career path within a supportive and award-winning workplace.
