Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in customer service or security preferred
- ability to respond to emergency situations
- proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- strong communication skills
- physical ability to perform job duties including lifting 30 to 50 pounds
- ability to work flexible schedule including weekends and overtime
- valid authorization to work in the country
- willingness to walk and monitor building premises
- ability to complete required documentation accurately

Job Duties
- provides exceptional customer service

- assists with general concierge services and administrative clerical work including Word and Excel

- resolves and follows up on complaints/issues escalating to supervisor if necessary
- helps maintain a safe and secure environment throughout the building/property
- completes all required forms accurately
- performs other duties as assigned by supervisor
