This role as a Concierge at Planned Companies requires a weekend commitment with the schedule being Saturday and Sunday from 11:00 pm to 7:30 am. The Concierge is entrusted with the crucial task of greeting, announcing, and assisting tenants, guests, and vendors anxiously awaited service upon entering the building.
The Concierge plays a pivotal role in fostering a personalized and inviting environment by understanding and catering to the unique needs, lifestyles, and expectations of building occupants. This includes arranging reservations and appointments at various venues such as restaurants, hotels, and entertainment spots, as well as planning and organizing special on-site events to enrich community life within the property. Concierge staff also provide valuable local knowledge by offering recommendations and facilitating access to entertainment, dining, shopping, sporting events, tourist attractions, and transportation services.
Operationally, the Concierge is responsible for managing deliveries, mail, and vendor services with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring secure and efficient handling at designated areas. The role includes answering telephones, monitoring the lobby area for safety and decorum, and controlling access by managing keys and access cards. This combination of customer service and operational tasks requires multitasking ability, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Job Requirements
- 3 or more years of customer service experience
- Desire and passion to provide a warm and welcoming hello to everyone
- Excellent written and verbal communication and basic computer skills
- Knowledge of local attractions and establishments
- Polite, friendly, self-assured and able to multitask with good time-management
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs when needed

- Customer service experience of 3 or more years

Job Duties
- Greet, announce, and provide direction to tenants, guests, and vendors upon entering the building
- Develop and maintain relationships with tenants to provide individualized and unique experiences based on their personalities, lifestyles, needs, and expectations including scheduling reservations and appointments at restaurants, businesses, hotels, and entertainment venues
- Plan and organize on-site events
- Provide direction, referrals and help access local entertainment, dining, retail shopping, sporting events, tourist attractions and car services
- Document, secure and track mail, deliveries, and vendor services at designated areas
- Answer telephones, monitor lobby as well as maintain and control keys and access cards
