The Concierge acts as a liaison between residents and community resources, organizes social and recreational programs, and helps residents maintain their daily routines and social connections. This role demands a compassionate, attentive, and proactive individual capable of working collaboratively with residents, family members, and staff.\n\nIn this capacity, the Concierge assists with a variety of tasks such as transportation coordination, appointment scheduling, medication reminders, housekeeping support, and responding to residents' inquiries and concerns. The Concierge also conducts ongoing assessments of residents' needs, advocates for their well-being, and fosters a community atmosphere that encourages engagement and mutual support. Flasked by a spirit of service and professionalism, the Concierge must adhere to all organizational policies, including compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, and uphold residents' rights with respect and dignity. The position involves working under general supervision, with the autonomy to independently manage daily tasks while consulting supervisors as needed.
