Job Description
Seniors Helping Seniors® Delco is a trusted senior care provider operating in the Delaware County (Delco) area, including Glen Mills, Aston, and Boothwyn, Pennsylvania. As part of a broader national network, Seniors Helping Seniors® Delco specializes in delivering compassionate, in-home personal care services to older adults who wish to maintain their independence while receiving the assistance they need. The company emphasizes a relationship-based caregiving approach, focusing on continuity, dependability, and professionalism to create meaningful and lasting bonds between caregivers and clients. This approach counters the usual high-turnover, transactional caregiving model, instead fostering a supportive environment where both clients and caregivers feel valued and supported. This dedication to quality care is reflected in the careful caregiver-client matching process, which results in consistent assignments and stable schedules for caregivers, enabling long-term client relationships rather than rotating or fill-in work.
This job opening is for experienced senior caregivers who are passionate about making a real difference in the lives of seniors. The caregivers are responsible for providing personal care services that promote their clients' independence, safety, and well-being. The position offers competitive pay ranging from $16.00 to $19.00 per hour, depending on the role, experience, and assignment type. Employment is primarily for daytime hours, including Saturdays and Sundays, with an emphasis on steady, reliable work rather than unpredictable or frequently changing shifts.
The role involves assisting seniors with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support. Beyond physical care tasks, caregivers provide companionship and emotional support, helping clients maintain safe daily routines. They are also observant and communicative, reporting any changes in their clients' conditions promptly to ensure ongoing, attentive healthcare. This role requires a compassionate, mature, and dependable professional who takes pride in delivering high-quality care and thrives in a respectful, welcoming team atmosphere.
Working as a caregiver with Seniors Helping Seniors® Delco means being part of a community that values clear communication, responsive office support, and ongoing professional development. Caregivers benefit from consistent schedules paired closely to their home locations whenever possible, which helps reduce travel time and enhances work-life balance. The company also offers a referral bonus program, awarding up to $250 for successful referrals, alongside continuous training and support, making it an appealing workplace for experienced professionals seeking stability and meaningful work.
Seniors Helping Seniors® Delco is particularly suited for experienced caregivers who desire predictable work, are tired of constantly changing clients and schedules, and appreciate working with a mature, dependable care team. This is an opportunity to join a well-established organization that values reliability and continuity in caregiving, offering both personal and professional rewards.
