Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior caregiving or healthcare experience is a plus but not required
- ability to communicate effectively and compassionately
- reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- willingness to undergo background check and drug screening
- possess CPR and First Aid certification or be willing to obtain
- strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
