Job Description
Our hiring establishment is a leading long-term care (LTC) nursing facility dedicated to providing exceptional care, comfort, and support to our residents and their families. With a strong commitment to compassionate service and a welcoming environment, our facility emphasizes personalized care plans, state-of-the-art amenities, and a dedicated team of healthcare professionals. We strive to create a community where residents thrive, families feel supported, and staff members are motivated and engaged. As a reputable LTC nursing facility, we understand the importance of seamless admissions processes, clear communication, and effective outreach to attract and retain residents who will benefit from our care offerings.
The role available is focused on weekend operations, requiring availability on Saturdays and Sundays to conduct site tours, manage admissions, and execute marketing campaigns aimed at boosting occupancy levels. This position plays a critical role in representing the facility to prospective residents and their families, acting as a primary point of contact during weekend hours. The successful candidate will skillfully manage the entire admissions process for walk-ins and scheduled visits, ensuring a professional, informative, and warm experience that reflects the facility's values.
In addition, this role requires collaboration with weekday admissions and marketing staff to ensure consistent follow-up on leads generated over the weekend. The position involves responding promptly to email and phone inquiries, nurturing potential resident leads, and implementing marketing strategies designed specifically for the weekend audience. Coordinating and executing promotional events and community engagements on weekends will be a vital part of this position, helping to raise the facility's profile within the community and increase visitor traffic.
Furthermore, the candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of weekend visitor traffic, conversion rates, and the outcomes of marketing initiatives. This data-driven approach will support continuous improvement and allow management to make informed decisions about marketing and admissions strategies. Strong organizational skills are essential, as the role demands multitasking: managing tours of prospective families while simultaneously handling digital communications and other administrative duties.
The position entails up to 75 percent of the workday spent walking throughout the facility to conduct engaging and informative tours. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are necessary to build trusting relationships with prospective clients and their families, addressing their concerns and questions candidly and sensitively. This role is ideal for someone passionate about customer service, marketing, and healthcare admissions, offering the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a supportive, community-centered environment. Weekend availability is a must, as the role focuses on optimizing our admissions process and marketing efforts during these critical days.
