Job Requirements

  • Must be able to work weekends Saturday and Sunday
  • Previous experience in marketing admissions sales or customer service
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to walk throughout the facility up to 75 percent of the workday
  • Basic computer proficiency including email and phone communication
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in marketing admissions sales or customer service preferably in an LTC nursing facility
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to walk throughout the facility up to 75 percent of the workday
  • Proficiency in using digital communication tools and CRM software
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing business administration or related field preferred

Job Duties

  • Conduct site tours and manage walk-ins during weekend shifts
  • Facilitate the admission process for prospective residents
  • Respond promptly to email and phone inquiries
  • Follow up with leads generated over the weekend
  • Implement promotional plans and prepare marketing materials for weekend events
  • Coordinate weekend promotional and community engagement events
  • Track weekend visitor traffic, conversion rates, and marketing effectiveness providing reports to management
