Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old
possess or working towards high school diploma or equivalent
ability to stand and walk for extended periods
ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs
basic computer literacy
excellent interpersonal communication skills
cash handling experience preferred
ability to work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions
willingness to follow grooming guidelines and employment standards
completion of all legal and company training requirements within established timelines
possess and maintain valid Florida EMT-B or higher certification for EMT position
ability to multitask and maintain positive attitude under pressure
adherence to safe work practices including use of protective equipment

Job Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old
basic computer proficiency
exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
excellent cash handling abilities
ability to learn and use point of sale systems
previous guest service experience preferred
bilingual or multilingual communication skills a plus
high school diploma or equivalent for EMT and Cash Control positions
possess current Florida EMT-B or higher certification for EMT role
strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
commitment to exceptional guest service
ability to multitask and work in varied weather conditions
completion of all required training including food handling and alcoholic beverage courses for food and beverage roles

Job Duties

Present a welcoming spirit to guests entering the park
communicate park information to guests
sell guest parking and monitor traffic flow
validate tickets and operate cash registers
follow proper cash handling procedures
provide emergency medical and first aid care
perform daily safety equipment checks
maintain cleanliness of park and restroom areas
operate cleaning and maintenance equipment
stock supplies and organize storage
interact with guests and answer questions
ensure quality food and beverage service
take food orders and manage dietary needs
prepare and carry vending trays
oversee cash control and administrative duties
assist with park emergencies and inclement weather
attend operational meetings
