Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years old or older
- Must be able to work flexible shifts Monday - Friday 7:45 am - 5:00 pm or until finished
- Must have your own vehicle and a valid driver’s license
- Demonstrate good work ethic and enjoy serving people
- Have a meticulous eye for detail
- Ambition to grow and take on leadership roles
- Willingness to comply with company policies and safety protocols
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in cleaning or related fields encouraged
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Commitment to punctuality and reliability
- Detail-oriented and conscientious work ethic
Job Duties
- Perform routine and deep cleaning of residential homes
- Ensure meticulous attention to detail in all cleaning tasks
- Use company-provided supplies and equipment efficiently and safely
- Maintain a positive, professional attitude when interacting with clients
- Work flexible shifts primarily Monday through Friday
- Adhere to company policies and safety standards
- Participate in ongoing training and performance evaluations
