Job Description

The Lumigail Wedding Venue, located just outside the breathtaking Great Smoky Mountains National Park in East Tennessee, is a premier wedding venue known for blending elegant settings with the natural beauty of the Smoky Mountains region. As part of the respected Spaces in the City family of brands, which includes prominent venues such as The Press Room, Jackson Terminal, The Standard, and The Square Room, as well as beloved local restaurants like Kefi, Vida, and The Vault, The Lumigail offers a unique and memorable backdrop for couples seeking a distinct wedding experience. This venue is celebrated for its commitment to outstanding hospitality, detailed event planning, and creating celebrations that are both unforgettable and seamless.

The Lumigail is currently seeking a highly organized, hospitality-driven Wedding Sales Specialist to lead venue sales and serve as the primary liaison for couples from their initial inquiry through to their final event details. This role is perfect for professionals who thrive in a fast-paced events environment and enjoy fostering meaningful relationships while delivering exceptional customer service. As a Wedding Sales Specialist, you will guide and support soon-to-be-married couples through the entire wedding planning process, ensuring their vision comes to life with precision and care. Collaborating closely with venue management, catering, and event operations teams, you will play an integral role in coordinating all aspects of the event, from booking and contract preparation to the final guest arrangements and vendor management.

Your responsibilities will extend beyond sales, encompassing comprehensive event coordination and planning support. This ensures that each wedding hosted at The Lumigail is meticulously organized and smoothly executed. You will also represent the venue with professionalism, contributing to marketing initiatives such as open houses, wedding shows, and social media opportunities to enhance the venue’s visibility and attract prospective clients. The role demands exceptional communication and multitasking skills, a keen attention to detail, and a passion for creating memorable moments for clients.

Offering a competitive salary range between $52,000 and $70,000 annually, depending on experience, this in-person position provides opportunities for growth within a dynamic hospitality team set against one of the most scenic wedding destinations. Benefits include dental insurance, employee discounts, health insurance, and paid time off, creating a supportive work environment that values both professional and personal well-being. The Lumigail Wedding Venue welcomes candidates who are passionate about weddings, customer service, and hospitality and who are ready to contribute their expertise to an esteemed venue committed to excellence.
