Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in wedding sales or related field preferred
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Strong organizational abilities
  • Proficiency with Caterease software preferred
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to lift moderately up to 35 lbs
  • Reliable transportation to commute to Providence, RI

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in wedding or event sales, hospitality, or event planning
  • Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Caterease software, Google Docs, and Microsoft Office preferred
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
  • A passion for weddings, hospitality, and creating memorable experiences
  • Ability to stand and be on feet for 8+ hours
  • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs

Job Duties

  • Respond promptly to wedding inquiries with prospective clients
  • Build strong relationships with couples, providing guidance and support throughout the planning process
  • Create customized proposals and contracts based on client needs
  • Maintain an organized calendar of weddings, tastings, and meetings
